1. Who is Made by Craig?

Made by Craig is an independent welsh hand maker, craft artist, graphic designer and printer, specialising in hand crafted scrapbooks unique prints and framed gifts. Made by Craig stocks a large variety of themed scrapbooking photo albums and party guestbooks, scrapbook embellishments and birthday party accessories, we also offer a tailored and bespoke services on request.

2. Custom Orders.

(Scrapbooks) two types of book are sold in this store, 'off the shelf' standard titles, and bespoke handmade to order items. If you are placing an order for a personalised item, please read the item description thoroughly as this will provide full instruction as to what is required from you. Your notes can be left at checkout using the box provided, if you miss or forget to leave this, you can use the 'Contact Us' section at the bottom of the website page and send these to the store directly. If the store comes to process your order and these cannot be found, we will contact you directly using any contact information left during checkout, i.e. phone number or e-mail. If communication requests are ignored or not read, your order will be refunded by default within 5-working days and you will be notified of this.

(Prints) due to the size of our print collection, we stock only a very limited amount of ready-made prints at any given time. Therefore printed products in this store are sold strictly as made to order. The store advises all buyers to carefully consider their requirements before checking out any print or framed product. Please check style, sizes and dimensions carefully, and make the correct choice and selections when placing your order. The store is happy to consider any request for a special order, but this must be discussed prior to, not after your order has been placed. Once an instruction has been received to run a large format print, or any personalised product in the store, it is sold as 'made to order'. We therefore regret that this order type would not be eligible for any refund under UK or EU distance selling regulations should you change your mind after.

3. Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a 3-5 working day window. Delivery is additional to this processing time and typically a further 2-3 working days via Royal Mail 48. Please note however, that 95% of our orders arrive well in advance of the timeframes stated above.

4. Returns/Replacement policy.

Returns are accepted in this store for all 'off the shelf' stock. The store must be contacted within an acceptable period as per the EU distance selling regulations stipulate. The store does not accept any returns for personalised, bespoke or 'made to order' items except under any circumstances as per the UK, EU distance selling regulations. To file an authorised return, you must contact the store directly. You shall be responsible for the cost of 'returning' your item in the event that you 'change your mind'. Other return requests may be accepted under special circumstances, and we may cover the cost of that return at our discretion. In cases of any error, where the error or fault is that of the store, a free replacement will be offered which the store shall incur the full cost.
