1. Who is (MBC) The Poster Co.?

The Poster Co. (est. 2015) is an independent online poster maker, specialising in unique town and themed prints. The Poster Co. also offers tailored and bespoke services on request.

2. Custom Orders.

(Prints) due to the size of The Poster Co. print collection, we stocks only a very limited amount of ready-made prints at any given time. Therefore printed products in this store are sold strictly as 'made to order' items only. All buyers are advised to carefully consider their requirements before checking out any printed product. Please check style, sizes and dimensions carefully, and make the correct choice and selections when placing your order. The store is happy to consider any request for a special order, but this must be discussed prior to, not after your order has been placed. Once an instruction has been received to run a large format print, or any personalised product in the store, it is sold as 'made to order'. We therefore regret that this order type would not be eligible for any refund under UK or EU DSR (distance selling regulations) should you change your mind after.

3. Town Prints (Specifications).

The Town Print series are available in two sizes (A2) & (A3). Please note, these prints are designed for A2 production, the store does however offer an alternative A3 size for those short of space or looking for a souvenir size. Please note, we do not offer these in smaller sizes such as A4. When choosing A3 size, the resolution of these prints are a condensed version of the A2 edition, and the finer point sizes may be less legible than the A2 production size, please be aware of this. Please factor this in when making choice of these limited prints as refunds cannot be accepted. Minor adjustments can be made on request for individuals requesting a larger inclusion of their place of address, this must be requested and authorised by the store prior to placing any order. Thank you.

4. Delivery

The Poster Co. aims to process and dispatch all orders within 7-10 working day window. Delivery is additional to this processing time and typically a further 2-3 working days via Royal Mail 48. Please note however, that 95% of our orders arrive well in advance of the timeframes that are stated above.

5. Returns/Replacement policy.

Returns are accepted in this store for all 'off the shelf' stock items in the event that you change your mind. The store must be contacted within an acceptable period as per UK & EU distance selling regulation stipulations. The store does not accept any returns for personalised, bespoke or 'made to order' items except under any circumstances as per the UK, EU distance selling regulations. To file an authorised return, you must contact the store directly. You shall be responsible for the cost of 'returning' your item in the event that you 'change your mind'. Other return/replacement requests may be accepted under special circumstances, and we may cover the cost of that return at our discretion. In cases of any error, where the error or fault is that of the store, a free replacement will be offered which the store shall incur the full cost.
